The Design And Implementation Of Lianyungang Discipline Inspection Information System

Through e-government, government improve the ability to planning overall、coordinating、supervising and inspecting and offering services.This paper analyses the business content and procedure of discipline inspective and supervisory system. It designs and develops Lianyungang discipline inspective and supervisory information system. This system not only has the function and characteristic of general e-government, but also corresponds to working characteristics of discipline inspective and supervisory. It’ll be easier to manage the work process. And it raises working efficiency of discipline inspective and supervisory. In this paper, the main works are followed:(1) As by building up a hierarchical commission archives management subsystem, it can meet the requirement for the basic information that governments at all levels control cadres at the respective level and all honesty and self-discipline situation. And it can achieve the effective control of the authenticity, accuracy and timeliness of this information.(2) As by building up a centripetal letters and visits management subsystem, it can realize workflow tracking of every letters and visits, and acquire disposal situation at all times and be easy to supervise.(3) It can implement the inner link between every leaders’commission archives management and letters and visits’ and cases’ situation. And it can also provide perfect querying methods to providing a basis for leader to make a decision.
