Amorphous strip as a new type of magnetic material has a higher permeability and better cost performance than traditional materials. It is widely used as transformer cores or other permeability parts. Its production has a considerable scale. Except for certain plants, most plants work with backward offline winding methods, resulting in unsatisfactory production efficiency. Study in online winding is done in this paper. The main work is as follows:First, overall solution of online winding is proposed. The permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is chosen as working machines. Vector control method is introduced. Physical size of each roll is set. Motor type is determined by inertia and power matching principles. Parameter interface is designed by MFC.Second, hardware design with a DSP28335chip is completed, which includs modules of minimum system, communication and human-machine inteface. Software design is completed in CCS3.3compilation environment, which includs programs of communication, LCD driver and motor control. Debuggings of motor speed loop and current loop are done.GUI is designed for online motor monitoring by MFC.Final, composition and classification of the tension system are introduced. A closed-loop control strategy with constant tension is proposed. A mathematical model of tension system is established. Adaptive robust control (ARC) stratege based on state equations is used to design controllers for speed loop and tension loop. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the design. A discrete state tension observer is designed. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the design. Integrated control of the online winding system is done in matlab/Simulink module. Motor speed curves are achieved. The working states of each motor are analyzed and agree with the simulation results.
