The3D body measurement has important significance to the development of the garment industry and the research of the bodily form. The non-contact3D body-measurement instrument have provided the possibility for large-scale digitization custom of clothing, and occupy a major position in the current application. At present3D body-measurement system based on Laser mainly uses a stepper motor to drive the platform rotates, and laser emission line laser at the same time in the column with a fixed step to move up and down, then a camera capture the laser stripe on body surface, so that through the image stitching can get a complete body of laser stripe. But this human body measurement system has long scanning time, large amount of data processing, low measurement accuracy, higher cost and other disadvantages. In order to solve these deficiencies, this paper discusses the design of a micro mirror fast scanning3D body measurement system.In this paper, the the micro-mirror collaborative the line laser was produced a certain frequency of the reflected laser stripes, the micro-mirror at a fixed frequency periodic rotation, and the same time line laser emissed line laser frequency, so the micro-mirror can reflect equal spacing, thickness of suitable laser stripe to the surface of the body and forming. Then industrial cameras were used to take the images, and transmitted to the computer processing image algorithm to obtain three-dimensional parameters of the human body. Binocular cameras were used in this design, and prevented the body from blocking and field of view of a camera limitation causes sight blind area. In order to achieve overall scan of human body, field-programmable gate array device was used to design signal source to control four groups of devices work at the same time. Based on the binocular camera calibration, the cameras pixel coordinate and world coordinate transformation relations were got, then images were captured after pretreatment, two values and refinement of treatment, after that the laser stripe length information could be calculated according to the calibration equation, and then the length of multi-stripes were the human body three-dimensional information. Shooting streak images based on camera calibration, and the laser stripe extraction algorithms are briefly introduced in this paper.3D information of body obtained after the above-mentioned series of algorithms and finally caused the error with the real value was analysed.In the paper a micro-mirror was used to achieve a fast scan of human body, there is no large-scale moving parts, with high efficiency, short scan time, high safety, low power consumption, unparalleled the measuring accuracy and the cost advantage. At the same time, laser fringe refinement, reduction of systematic error and improving the measurement precision, need to be further solve.
