Spot measurement of laser speckle has the advantages of non-contact, high accuracy,whole filed and so on, which is widely used in the fields of aerospace,mechanical, weapon industry, water conservancy, electrical and biomedical. Laser speckle technique mainly contains the three important steps that is the spot measurement device of laser speckle, speckle imaging quality and image processing,which influences the final measurement result. In order to obtain measurement results better, this paper has done the following work:The paper has made a comprehensive exposition on the cause of laser speckle and development situation of speckle measure technology, to systematically study and summary the image processing technology and image processing methods. It summarizes the experimental devices of speckle measure technology in the aspect of application, and finds that traditional laser speckle measurement device has the defects of simple structure, single shape of measurement items and bound by environmental conditions and so on. Aiming at the limitation of traditional speckle measuring device, to optimize the measuring device rack, through the design of the material rack, to meet the measured object in different shapes, to solve the problem that shape of object measured by traditional measurement device is single.In the experimental design, the existing speckle measurement system without real-time temperature monitoring, monitoring the real-time temperature numerical generated by measured object with the limited conditions, using AD590 as the temperature sensor, after amplified by LM358 dual operational amplifier, through single-chip STC12C5A60S2 high speed A/D, converting the analog signals into digital signals, and then processed by single-chip microcomputer and display designed temperature sensing system through the digital tube.To optimize image processing method, through the WSG-1 electronic speckle pattern interferometer processing to speckle image clearly, to obtain the one-to-onemapping relationship between fringe series related data tables and numerical micro deformation, establish image processing and the method to get micro deformation.By using the improved measuring system to measure the metal aluminum sheet,metal coins, 632.8nm mirror, 45 degree beam splitter mirror, through the 7 anti 3mirror respectively. To obtain micro deformable of objects at different pressures and temperatures, and simulate the data generated under the same conditions by using ANSYS software. By comparing with the experimental data, get the relative error between experimental measurement value and the theoretical analysis value is controlled within 0.23%, test accuracy can reach the nanometer level.
