The National Primary School Network Distribution Business Management System Design

The national school nets distribution service management system is a call center business system of sales and logistics, which includes inventory management system, order management system, custom service system and logistics management system.The system is a part of China Children Press&Publication Group’s operation management network system. The computer network of China Children Press&Publication Group’s network system provides hardware and data transmission channel for it. In terms of software, they share the same date base with online marketing system and provides interface for China Children Press&Publication Group’s other systems. Structurally, the system doesn’t have direct connection with office telephone network and IP phone, which only work as equipment when enforcing the law or scheduling.On the basis of enough coordination and cooperation with the users, the system focuses on making data connection with the existing online marketing system and reserves interface for other systems, which changes the model of working separately, operating independently and wasting resources and information and realizes work informatization, integration and network.With the actual operation management of China Children Press&Publication Group and using computer technique and network technique, this thesis studies and distributes a call center business system of sales and logistics. The main works are summarized as follows. First, it studies and analyzes the necessity of developing this system. Second, it studies and analyzes the basic theories of system design and realization, focusing on theories relating to data base. Third, it studies and analyzes the design process of the system. Fourth, it studies the key techniques of realizing the system and analyzes the function realization and modules of software system. Fifth, it does the system testing. Sixth, it summarizes the system’s research and development and proposes the development direction of the system.
