With the development of China's economy,Chinese families pay more and more attention to education.The demand for personalized teaching by students and parents is also increasing with time.However,China's education model is still in the original large class teaching system,which is difficult to guarantee every student can enjoy the teaching services that suit their own learning.At present,there are a large number of extracurricular teaching mechanisms in the society to make up for the lack of teaching in the school.However,the current extracurricular teaching mode has not solved the general needs of students for personalized teaching.The main content of this paper is how to build a primary and secondary school extracurricular teaching system based on service design,so that more students can enjoy low-cost and convenient personalized teaching services.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The needs of stakeholders in the extracurricular teaching system for primary and secondary school students are determined.Through the research method,this paper acquires and analyzes the needs of multi-stakeholders and clarifies the specific needs of different stakeholders.The needs of users are further categorized through the Masorne level of demand,which clarifies the specific needs that the system needs to meet,and provides targeted guidance for further functional research and system design.2.Touch point optimization for online education.Through the experience research on the service process of the current online education platform,it is found that there are certain problems.The material-field analysis method in TRIZ theory is used for analysis and problem model construction,and the problem is solved by 76 standard solutions.Through the research on the domestic service design and service system literature and the design examples of dozens of related enterprises,the existing contact points of the extracurricular teaching system are optimized.3.The establishment of the service ecological chain of the extracurricular teaching system.Based on the teaching service,this paper conducts research on the service extension based on the research of users' needs.Establish a complete extracurricular teaching system service ecosystem with teaching services as the core and multiple teaching related services.It improve the comprehensive value of the system and provide users with more thoughtful services.4.The design of extracurricular teaching system for primary and middle schoolstudents.Through the study of a large number of extracurricular teaching systems and other systems,this paper combines the research results of this paper to design the extracurricular teaching service system for primary and middle school students.According to the requirements research and the design analysis of the extracurricular teaching system,the functional modules and application processes involved in the system are designed in detail.4.Apply the relevant knowledge of interaction design and UI design to design the APP,and present the service provided by the service system through the form of the APP page.
