Research And Analysis Of The Student Status Management System Of Jiangmen Xinhui Mechanical And Electrical Vocational Technical School

The management of student status is an important part of school management.It used to be manual work traditionally record on paper,which makes it rather frail when facing danger of fire or water.The enrollment scale of our school is expanding day by day,the number of students is increasing exponentially,which is a great burden for the management of student status.The traditional manual management and semi-automatic processing methods have been unable to ensure that the student management work smoothly and orderly.Therefore,we must make full use of modern information management system,and keep it in line with the actual school management.We need to develop a management system with reasonable,content integrity,and advanced functions,so as to achieve the school management by electronic information digitally through networking,and ensure the effectiveness of management.At the first chapter the research paper makes an introduction of the background and significance of the student status management system for the Jiangmen xinhui vocational school,and at the same time lays an emphasis on what the paper mainly concerns in the contents and all the research work done by myself.At the second chapter—business analysis section,the paper gives a well-designed solution for the informatization and automation of the student status management targeting at the analysis data as described in the business process;at the third chapter function analysis section,the paper throws light on the primary functions of the student status management system by using different technologies like case analysis,case descriptions and package diagrams explaining how to fulfill the management step by step;at the fourth section-data analysis,the paper proves the compactness of the whole business process for each step and system user;in the last section,the paper sums up all the work and the troubles conquered during the writing process,and clarifies the expectation for the future development of the whole research.
