In recent years, with the deepening of information construction of the CBRC,CBRC gradually put into operation on the line a number of office, business information systems,Such as office automation systems, file systems, training, examination system, off-site supervisory information system, on-site inspection of quality control systems, institutions and executive management system and so on.Traditional IT development and application mode, these applications are independent of each other, with each providing a separate user authentication and policy management functions. The one hand, the users of each system is extremely inconvenient, and requires a separate log of different information systems and affect efficiency; On the other hand, each isolated system has a different library personnel, personnel information is not an authoritative source of reunification, the administrator will need to manual management information system, the hassles associated with managing, but also easy tothe cause of the inconsistency of information. In view of this situation, we must provide a solution to meet the actual needs of users and administrators, so that all users in a unified platform portal a one-time login to get the authentication can be barrier-free access to authorizedeach application of information systems. This is the User Management System (User Management System, referred to as UMS)/single sign-on system (Single Sign-on target, referred to as SSO) construction of the subject need to be resolved. The system uses the B/S model based on J2EE standards and divides the application into three basic parts:Model, View and Controller, which work together to part with minimal coupling, to improve application extendibility and maintainability. This paper studies the design and application of the unified user management system, Status quo for the CBRC system application of information system use, A unified user management and single sign-on application model. First analyzes the background of the project development, and analysis of system requirements and detailed design analysis system of each module. Put forward according to the data tokens and document repository in two modes to achieve a SSO, on this basis, the design of the database structure, and the corresponding function module. Finally, the future scalability of the system is prospected to have some reference to the development of similar systems.
