Teaching quality assessment, as an important means of improving the quality ofteaching in higher vocational colleges, has been given more and more attention. Intoday’s world, education informationization is strongly advocated, so it is imperative tobuild the teaching quality assessment system based on Internet.This thesis first discusses the background and significance of the teaching qualityassessment, analyzes the research status of the teaching quality assessment in highervocational colleges, and takes the teaching quality assessment in SichuanElectromechanical Institute of Vocation and Technology (SCEMI) as an example toconstruct the teaching quality assessment index system of SCEMI with the aid ofquality tool—QFD (Quality Function Deployment). Then the thesis designs thefunction module of the teaching quality assessment system of SCEMI on the basis ofthe teaching quality assessment requirement analysis, uses UML (Unified ModelingLanguage) to draw the use case diagram, the sequence diagram and the activitydiagram of the system, uses E-R (Entity-Relationship) model to complete the modelingof the backstage database and SQL Server2005to realize it. Finally the thesis designsthe network architecture of the system through the comparative analysis of thedevelopment models, adopts the framework technology based on SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate) of Java EE development platform to develop this system and shows partsof the realized interfaces of the system.
