Along with the growing scale ofcolleges and universities, the degree of information complexity is alsoincreasing.Therefore the demand of information management systems are very urgent.Teaching management system, as the main body of the college information managementis a good case.This article is based on the work of teaching management in process, design andachieve a stable performance management system which is of generality. We adopt themainstream ASP.NET and C#language specific development work.Combined with theactual situation of the system, the choice of Microsoft’s SQL Server2005to providedata services.The basic structure of the system for the B/S mode.After the trial run of the test time, the function of the system is stable, friendlyinterface,easy operation,and meet the original design goals.
