The Design And Implementation Of The Academic Conference Management System

Nowadays, strengthening international cooperation has been a means to improve the science and technology for any country. The academic conference which is a effective pattern for communication will be more and more conducted, and for which, a conference management system with comprehensive functions is indispensable.Through investigation of the conference implement, a universal academy conference management model was designed. With Java and MySQL, a conference management system was developed.Firstly, in the paper, the background and the current situation of academy conference management system were introduced. The content and aim of the research was established. Then, we suggested the key techniques and IDE used in our project. Secondly, with the investigation of the plans in the academy conference, analysis of the requirement has been conducted. The frameworks of function and data, the interface and physical collocation were designed. Finally, with the Java1.6 and the Mysql5.0, we completed the project.The management system may achieve information publishing, ID registering, thesis submitting, thesis auditing, etc. Through the test of this system, we found that the system has satisfactory stabilization and continuation. With the system, the conductors may manage the conference automatically and communications among the participants may more convenient and timely. The cost of the conference conduction will be reduced largely.
