Design And Implemention Of Research And Academic Management System Based On. Net Platform

With the fast development of military Information system in our army, it has become the trend for military information system in our army to apply advanced MIS and software development platform into scientifically and networked administrating information under the guidance of the ideological theory of military construction in new times. The PLA Advanced Institute of Military Sports is an academy with long history. By the development in over 50 years, a large amount of achievement in scientific research were produced successively, but due to different reasons, there is not any information system completely meeting the needs of administration in scientific research and academic communication. This thesis designs and realizes an Research and academic management system based on.NET platform, aiming at meeting the needs of administration in scientific research and academic communication. This system is an applying website system adopting the mode of B/S (Browser/Server) and integrating advanced technology of ASP.NET. This system involves many aspects such as administration in scientific research, academic communication, quantification of achievements, inquiry of achievements, video-on-demand of special lectures, etc, and it has better application value.The main tasks in this thesis are as follows:1.Aiming at the current condition in our institute, a system of administration in scientific research and academic communication is researched and developed that can suit to the needs of the profession of administration in scientific research in our institute. This system includes 5 sub-systems:system administration, achievement administration, administration on projects of institute level, administration of academic activities, and video websites of special lectures, which can generally meet the basic needs of the administration in scientific research and academic communication in our institute, and can effectively realize the quantification management and inquiry of the achievements. 2.In order to make full use of current soft and hard programs and cyber source, based on carefully analyze and compare different system platforms and modes, this system adopts the systematic structure of B/S with security.3.In the process of development of the system of administration in scientific research, security tactics and technical feasibility adopted by the system is considered. The function of system's management of authority and the function of backup and recovery can effectively guarantee the security of the system.
