With the continuous development of heating company, the management of HR information in heating company is becoming an important component of heating company management and the management method of informatization has gained widely attention. The past manual management mode consumed a large amount of manpower and material resources, various kinds of HR management information can’t be shared and can’t meet the requirement of modern informatization of heating company. Therefore, developing a set of scientific HR management system and realizing informationalized and scientific HR management has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the HR management of big heating company.Through studying the current development situation of HR management system in heating company, this paper firstly makes comprehensive introduction of HR management system in heating company in details, at the same time, makes comprehensive explanation for the design and operation of whole system platform and makes modular software design for HR management and information management etc after summarizing and extracting characteristics of HR management, which can improves the maintainability and expansibility of the system and HR management system can realize all requirements related to HR information management not matter from front interface display or the logical function of backstage business, realizes the division for functional module of the system as well as the detailed design and realization of each module.The writer accomplished the development work of the system independently. In the process of system realization, realize recruitment management function, organization management function, personnel management function, contract management function, welfare management function, training management function and comprehensive report statistics function for object technology; the backstage adopts Microsoft SQLserver2010 database system. To improve the checking speed of database, the database sets up index. According to the sensitive demand of HR information, it makes strict confidentiality for data to ensure the integrity and security of data, protects data and saves development funds and maintenance cost greatly and tests for the system too. Make security design for physical structure and logical structure of the system.Based on demand analysis and with adoption of existing technology, design the system structure, subdivide all functional modules, draw the main flow chart for system functional module and make detailed design for database. The system foreground adopts J2EE framework of Oracle Corporation for design and the backstage adopts SQL Server database of Microsoft Company to realize the development of the whole system. This paper realizes the HR management system for heating company, which makes it convenient for the management of HR information in heating company and improves the HR management efficiency in heating company.
