With rapid development of information and internet technology, the enterpriseshave to provide quick,convenient and efficient service for customer through internet,improve profit by reducing cost reasonably, strengthen quality&dynamicalcommunication with customer, get timely&accurate feedback from the market, thusenhance their market competitiveness from all aspects. In order to realize centralizationand information-based management, the State Grid introduces the internationaladvanced management model, reinforces EPR system construction. Gradually itcompletes the management model changing and brings more economic benefits.However, ERP goods management system, which the State Grid adopts, consists ofthree levels: the State Grid, NB Power, Electric Power-Supply Bureau, so can hardlysupport Power-Supply Bureau. Moreover, based on different projects resources, powergoods generally divide into three mutually independent and related parts: principalworks, farm power and mutli-business. Therefore, it is very necessary to exploit aGoods Management System to meet the need of county-level power supply enterprises.According to current situation of Goods Management System from county-levelpower supply enterprises, this paper elaborates current research state, technical featuresand development trend of Goods Management System from power supply enterprises.And discuss on the basis of development of the traditional information system to useB/S architecture, lightweight J2EE frame and Oracle relational data base asdevelopment platforms, design customized Power Goods Management System forcounty-level power supply enterprise based on lightweight J2EE frame. Also in detail,analyze the overall system structure and function of the each module, and discuss keytechnologies that have been accomplished in the system. Last, it provides solutions forthe Goods Management System.
