As human resource flowing and human resource market construction getting betterand better, human resource market must develop towards legal, professional, moderndirection. Improving the human resource market information network construction is animportant way to realize modernization of human resource management, which is alsothe requirement of Shantou human resource management market. Internet is a profoundrevolution of information industry, which changed not only people’s lifestyles, businessactivities but also the way of human resource flow. Comply with the development ofinformation; the concept of human resource management has changed gradually fromthe original rigid labor on-site management into a human resource informationmanagement system based on human resource management. In a word, the research anddevelopment of Shantou human resource management system is meaningful.Human resource Management System is an open Web platform for whole Shantousociety, which is based on Web Service and consists of three parts: Web Service server,Web applications and windows desktop client applications. This system is designed notonly for job seekers, recruiters and job market manager to provide an informationexchange platform but also for Shantou city human resource manager to statistic andschedule the human resource. The designed System has implemented followingfunctions: strict user privilege management, enterprise registered user to publish jobinformation, post corporate advertising, individual registered users to submit resumes,job apply, archives management, human resource management and party relationshipmanagement agent, SMS, share files and a variety of subscription downloadmanagement.During the process of system requirements analysis, system design andimplementation, this dissertation has applied multi of computer technologies, whichincluding: Web Service, UML system modeling, waterfall software development model,C#programming language, ASP.NET, Web Service and SQL Server2005databasemanagement tool, besides, it also applied MVC design pattern and three-tier systemarchitecture design in system design, making the system design scalable, modular division clear, and consistent with the requirements of high cohesion low coupling.The human resource management system that designed and implemented in thisdissertation passed whole round system testing and had been in use perfectly, whichimproved Shantou human resource market to some extent, meanwhile, it also improvedthe timeliness, accuracy, sharing and utilization of information technology.
