Office Automation System Based On Workflow Technology And Realization

This thesis raises a design scheme of Workflow-based OA system which adopts Internet and ASP.NET development technology through B/S mode on the basis of the OA system in Yichun Vocational Technical College. We aim to set up the Workflow-based OA system so as to ameliorate the working condition, alleviate the burden on the staff, improve work quality and efficiency, and accelerate the standardization, networking and scientific drive of the management.This thesis makes an introduction to the basic concept of workflow as well as the function and structure of workflow management system. Seeing that the design of work flow engine constitutes the core of this thesis, we then focus ourselves on the process modeling scheme and control model design of workflow engine. We explicate on the process control algorithm and solutions to system anomaly. After that, on the basis of our research background, we put forward the design principle, functional requirement and design goal of the system. Test shows that OA work flow boasts flexible process customization, correct process operation and convenient configuration. Our work flow model has been proved applicable through evaluation.
