The economic condition of our country has been changing with each passing day, the electric power distribution industry has made astonishing progress, which needs more strict demands on intelligence, network and rationality of China’s high and low voltage variable transmission industries, today’s power industry must demand to provide more electric energy under the premise of minimum line losses, longer service life and zero of maintenance work.The vigorous development of China’s economic construction and reform and opening up, the application and their security of the power system are widespread concerned, however, monitoring and control of electrical equipment is a long-term unresolved issue. Our country’s power plants, industrial and mining enterprises and other electricity places mostly equip with a variety of power supply and distribution Libraries group, the safety of the Distribution Libraries group is an important guarantee of the safe use of electricity. The monitoring of the working status and the work environment of the distribution cabinet is an important mean to protect the security of the distribution cabinet.The topic mainly develops a kind of device which can detect and control various parameters of the power switch cabinet, using intelligent detection technology to design the reasonable switch cabinet temperature and humidity detection and status simulation systems, so that it can realize the working status simulation and environmental monitoring of the switch cabinet, at the same time through GPRS, the information which is monitored will be transmitted to the monitoring center. The monitoring center manage and analysis these data transmitted by the power switch node, and restore the operating situation of the power high voltage switch cabinet in the monitoring center, monitor and control its operating environment, and reasonably safe dispose of abnormal switch cabinet. According to the state of every switch cabinet,the system can conduct dynamic emergency response to achieve the functions of self-testing, self-control and self-diagnostic,so that the system finally realize to protect the security of the electricity system and reduce the labor intensity of the staffs. Thus, my system research focuses on the following three points:1. Puts forward the advanced operation dynamic simulation program of power high voltage switch cabinet;2. Puts forward the safe and reliable wireless GPRS data collection and transmission system, so as to realize a remote operation simulation system of power switch cabinet, achieve the purpose of remote detection and control the production sites;3. Puts forward a method for the switch cabinet cluster monitoring system, so as to make monitoring and the operation of the switch cabinet as an organic whole.The system designs switch cabinet intelligent controllers which see the microcontroller as lower computer to achieve the detection and control of temperature and humidity of the switch cabinet and circuit breaker status, switch breaker position and so on. The paper details the structure of hardware and software and implementation process of microcontroller STC12C5410AD, gives the circuit diagram of the hardware and hardware circuit board (PCB), discusses the construction of switch cabinet cluster remote monitoring system, and completes the driver problem of general industrial configuration software MCGS on microprocessor STC12C5410AD, tests in the Visual Basic environment, further realizes the hanging in MCGS platform, completes real-time monitoring and management for the lower computer parameters, and simple describes the data collection and transmission which bases on the GPRS wireless network, and selects the appropriate GPRS gateway and ultimately realizes cluster monitoring of switch cabinet which bases on the wireless communication technology.
