As the industry automatic technology keep on development, intelligent controlling system is widely applied to production line on manufacturing industry.So more researchs on intelligent and cyberization instrument are very significant.Applications about power supply monitor are popularization in manufacturing,electric power line,shipping industry and mechanical engineering industry.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of Industry production,diversified devices were developed out of measurement and control on alternating current parameters and temperature the devices were running.In this article,the current and development situations,work principal of intelligent monitor were firstly analyzed,according to the optimal hearth temperature control in the galvanized processing field,an intelligent device,based upon Cortex-M3 core and STM32F103VC microcontroller,has been developed which can measure and display six channels electrical current values of three-phase alternating power,and alarm when out of guage,can communicate with distant devices,so it easily implements temperature monitor and electrical current measurement.Main points in this paper as follow:1. This paper emphasized to research the work principle of each module, system architecture,memorizer framework of STM32 microcontroller,on the basis of this,hardware and software system were designed combine with embeded technology,digital communication technology and intelligent control technology.2. In the hardware part, the selection of temperature sensor and current transformer, thermocouple work principle,method of reference junction compensation were concretely analyzed,?on top of it,signal processing circuit,A/D conversion,peripheral circuit of STM32 microcontroller,I/O interface,display circuit and communication interface circuit were designed.3. In the software part,this article introduced and designed software algorithm program,it include flow chart of main program,initialization of STM32 control register,digital filter algorithm,data acquisition,temperature PID control,TFT LCD display and CAN bus communication.In the course of software design,software calibration was used to adjust the electrical current value through establish linear relation between A/D value and parameter range,and rectify temperature by data fitting several A/D value.4. Due to the hostile working environment,the monitor exists sorts of signal interferes,high-reliability and measurement to anti-interference were proposed from hardware and software. 5. At last,experiment data was analyzed and it cater for the design requirements.
