EPO (network public opinion) is a popular research topic in networkcommunication in recent years. With the development of the Internet, more and moreinternet users prefer making comments on an event or some problem via networkplatforms. Cyber opinion is becoming the most important representatives of publicopinions. People in the virtual space increasing impact all aspects of our politics,economic, cultural and social life. The citizens’ enthusiasm for political participationvia the Internet is growing. Cyber opinions push forward the process of China’sdemocratization. Network public opinion on hot spots is also becoming an importantcomponent of social public opinions. With the positive attitude of Chinesegovernment on supervising network public opinion, the network public opinion haschanged the leading role of traditional media. A series of network public hot spotsbring us some new thinking of Chinese government capacity.
