The Design And Implementation Of Shandong Provincial Debt Management System

The main task of this paper is how to manage government debt of Shandong Province, this paper gave a whole production of system analysis, desing and realization of Shandong provincial government debt management. Shandong provincial government debt management including domestic governments debt management and overseas governments debt management, the former is focus on debt management among domestic governments and organizations, the later is focus on debt management among overseas governments and organizations. Now, the main job of Shandong Provincial Government Debt and Financial Department is magaged without any realization system. Plenty of data brings many difficulty to data arrange and inquiry. So it’s necessary to design and develop a system platform. Base on this fact above, this paper has focused on overseas debt management and gave requirement analysis, design and coding.This project using J2EE technic structure and SQLServer database system. As the same time this project based on main ideas of Software Enginerring, used RUP develop method. This project has finshed main business arrange of government debt management by using UML as main describing language of requirement analysis and system design. In order to make convenient for business people, system using B/S design structure, based on Internet served all manage department by the most advanced technologe.Till now, this system has finished the design and realization of international financial organization and overseas government debt business management. Realized project management, project classification management, project inquiry management, debt report management, etc in international financial organization debt business, and realized same functional management in overseas government debt business management. After applying, the system meets the good demands and gives a good informationalized management to our business.
