Local Government Debt Warning Research Of Hunan Province—from The Perspective Of Data Mining

In the mode of investment-driven economic development, the demand of funds for all kinds of construction project is continuously increasing. In the face of the huge financial pressures, each district government limited financial resources gradually exposed the larger contradiction of supply and demand. The local government to develop the local economy, through borrowing, lending the funds, guarantee or deferred payment, build platform of local government financing and other means of raising funds for local, concealment, financing amount is huge, debt repayment mechanism and supervision mechanism is not sound, debt management is in disorder, for local economy construction bury played hidden trouble, and even a threat the local government authority.This paper, on the basis of previous thoretical and practical research, based on data mining technology in Hunan province local government debt risk early warning has conducted the system research. First of all, the debt risk of local government and data mining theory is analyzed, secondly, in Hunan province quality debt risk of the current status of the diagnosis system, from more than20debt risk index, selects five key indicators to build Hunan province debt risk early warning index system. Then, this paper uses the statistical grouping technology basic algorithm on Hunan debt risk for data mining, and using Matlab simulation, in123districts and counties of the debt risk were predicted, and some useful conclusions are obtained.Finally, countermeasures are given to resolve the problem of local government debt risk of Hunan Province, which seeks to provide some policies and suggestions to solve the existing problem.
