With the continuous improvement of business performance,enterprise information construction increasingly strong demand due to the complexity of the transaction and information sharing requirements and other factors, the traditional model has been unable to meet the current needs of enterprise development, the traditional paper quality approval process and data sharing by the efficient and convenient electronic workflow instead. To create a complete application in-depth, advanced technology, covering a wide range of business, highly efficient and stable, safe and reliable workflow-based customer relationship value management system, eliminating information silos and application silos, establish a unified data platform, a unified data interface, unified data management, unified data exchange value of customer relationships management systems, enterprise and subordinate units, departments and data flow between processes sharing.First, the paper-based workflow management system, customer relationship value research, from the functional needs of the system is divided into six modules, namely revenue contract management, contract management expenditure, expenditure non-contract management, payment, customer management, project procurement management, financial filing and billing management. Secondly, customer relationship management system is based on the value of workflow technology integration MVC architecture, using the interface layer, data processing layer, data access layer to achieve a three-tier framework. CRVM database data access layer to achieve the complete package, making CRVM developers operation of the database is object-oriented operations; CRVM data processing layer is the core layer to achieve a workflow system integrated with CRVM business module; system organization permissions model to follow role-based access control, thus showing a different page interface layer operation information, CRVM depending on the user privileges calling system corresponding module. The value of customer relationship management systems around the core, the module means to achieve functional requirements, the use of pluggable component reuse and other characteristics of the CRVM extend the functionality. Finally, implementation and testing of the system, given the system test environment and the program lists the test data and procedures, test results and conclusions drawn.Workflow-based customer relationship management system is the implementation of the value of meticulous management of the inevitable choice to achieve macro-level business planning,business strategy and micro-level implementation and operations to achieve harmonization will help standardize enterprise management,monitoring and management leadership business-to-business status quo visible favorable basis for decision-making,effectively improve the enterprise management level.
