In the process of designing this system, we combine the computer information system and modern management technology, and based on the platform of WINDOWS XP and ASP.NET. The background database uses SQL Server2000. This capital asserts management system is exploited based on WEB, and using B/S system, which totally integrated into the campus network. It makes the users login this system when the network does work. It also intensifies the communications between the users and administers. At that way, the assert condition can be highly shared, and it increases the effectiveness of assert management. This system makes the capital assert management to be more scientizational. standardizational, and institutional.This system not only realizes the management on capital asserts basic information, but also sets many function modules, such as inquiring management modules, lending and returning asserts modules, asserting approval management modules, asserts depreciation management modules, asserts report management modules and so on. Every module owns different sub-modules. They are of different functions. According to this system, it highly shares the capital assert information, and provides the basis on the purchasing, deploying and rejecting. It steps a new level on asserts management.
