College Graduate Education Data Management System Design And Realization Based On B/S Structure

With the development of the times and the advance of information technology, management informationization becomes an inevitable trend of each work. In the21st century, informationized university management enters campus with unprecedented speed. This brings dramatic change to traditional data and information management. Also, it prompts university management to internationalization, information personalization and networked.More and more universities set up websites. Universities not only display their selves through websites but also gain improvement of working efficiency. It brings convenience to all kinds of data management and statistics. The data management system is an important part of university website.University data and information management applies database technology and network technology. Based on the requirement of deep data analysis and information management, it realizes network management guarantees the efficiency and standard of graduate student information.Since2000Chinese high education faces the new situation of prosperous development. All academies increase their enrollment and the tuition and management burden becomes heavier. Traditional data and information management (ex. Direct manual management or low-level-openness management system) will cause inevitable huge waste of human, material and financial resources.It has become important questions needed to resolve during construction of university infomationization that how to improve postgraduate data and information management and found student information management system suitable to college.This system aimed at the actual needs of this college. Its developing includes enrolment, education, management, statistics etc. It needs continuous improvement in order to solve practical problems, save time and improve work efficiency. This paper analyzes the system development background and present situation of domestic and abroad university. This article also analyzes requirements postgraduate information management and network office and states the problems to be resolved, design ideas and means of realization. The main contents of this article include that through the analysis of the characteristics of graduate student management and student information management, tutor information management, achievements summary statistics, a relatively typical university management information system is summarized, and the demand system function is analyzed according to working process analysis.Based on the analysis of the user demand to understand get problems to be solve by system, and gives the solution to these problems. Based on the analysis of the current web development in common use and combined with the characteristics of the problem, ASP.net c/s structure is chosen, at the same time, Microsoft SQL Server2000to be used as the database storage and migration tool. They are operated at unified operation system platform.Due to the limited length, only the technical realization of the most representative data management module in the system is discussed in this paper.The design realization of the data analysis system is mainly introduced. Through the user login permissions judgment, normal users can browse, reading and inquires the related information only. In addition to complete the operation of normal users, system administrators may also manage, replenish and complete graduates information.
