Personnel management is an important part of university management, in recent years, with the continuous reform and the rapid development of higher vocational education and the personnel system in Colleges and universities, colleges and universities personnel management work more and more heavy, personnel management content increasing, involves more and more widely. The personnel departments of colleges and universities should not only master the staff file information, but also the management of staff wages, welfare, performance, attendance, recruitment of teachers etc.. The explosion of information makes the traditional data analysis methods can not meet the needs of existing personnel management system, and therefore need a can to keep crude refined technology, technology that is able to extract the information and knowledge from large amounts of data, data mining technology. The traditional data mining algorithms based on small sample size, minimize risk and high dimension are insurmountable difficulties, the mining algorithm of support vector machine can overcome this problem based on.With the authors’ personnel work experience in college as its background, the paper introduces the development process, methods and technical routes of the university personnel management information system detail. With the Visual Studio.NET and SQL SERVER 2010 as the development tools and the ASP.NET-based B / S architecture, by using the interface component technology to package Personnel Management System, the development technology achieves further expansion of system functions. About the Concrete realization of the system, in accordance with requirements of software engineering methods, the analysis, design, implementation and testing of system are realized by approach of top-down. At first, the thesis reserch begins from the construction feasibility, functionality, and other aspects of non-functional requirements analysis of personnel management system; then from the detailed design of the system structure, function modules and database design and other aspects; followed by the realization of design of the database system memory and trigger the establishment of user login module, personnel transfer module, attendance management module, performance management module content, and gives data word with the university campus platform integration and other key techniques; Finally, test on the system as a whole according to the software system test theory to ensure that the system is running correct and reliable, and gives test conclusions of the system.The practice test runs show that the system is characteristic of the clear overall structure, strong logic reusability and good maintainability.The system can meet the basically requirements of correctness and efficiency of personnel management, improves the efficiency of the work of University Personnel Management.
