Applied Research, Data Management Technology In The Network Management System

Composite Mobile Telecommunication (CMT) is an All-IP Digital Cellular Telecommunications System. It is independently developed and implemented by National Digital Switching System Engineering&Technical Research Center (NDSC) according to the requirements of the National 863 Project "Developing and Integrating of CDMA2000 Test System" . Operation Administration Maintenance(OAM) is a network management platform for the maintenance and administration of CMT's subsystems. This thesis focuses on the application and development of the Data Management Technology in OAM according to CMT system.In scientific research sample OAM, we complete the data management job by simple two layer client/server structure for the research and development of CMT. But the data management is difficult to keep the data't consistency, could not provides the interface for NMC. So this data management can't fulfill requirement any more as the CMT's maturation and industrialization.This thesis firstly studies the often-used technology platform in professional telecommunications network management vocation and the data manipulation vocation, such as the Web application based on browser/server structure and the distribute application based on CORBA. Secondly, this thesis designs a composite three layer data management pattern which combines the Web and CORBA, this pattern uses B/S structure to complete the net cell layer mangment and uses CORBA to provide data management service for Network Maintenance Center (NMC), this three layer pattern is suitable for the CMT' s requirement and it could resolve the problems in original OAM. This thesis describes the implement of this three layer data management pattern in detail, it involves the implement of the data encapsulation, the implement of the data management's Web frame, the implement of the standard and self-defined CORBA interface which provides data management service for NMC. Finally, this thesis summarizes the strategy and the implement of the data access performance and multi-thread synchronization in this pattern, and then, this thesis validates the usability of this scheme by some experiment.
