| CNS(communication, navigation and surveillance) equipment is the key link of the ATM (Air Traffic Management). Whether its management with high effective or not will do great effect to the flights and passengers’safety. In recent years, civil aviation of China developed quickly. Traditional ATM, which mainly with people and partly use computer, is not attuned to the times. It’s necessary to use advanced computer technology to combine malfunction management, spare part management, staff management, data management and several other respects together.This article investigated and surveyed the present situation of ATM. Then used Flow Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Class diagram and various of other UML methods to make the system’s demands and objective clear. After that, according to an ATM Bureau’s current situation, divided ATM Equipment Manage System into several subsystems and designed them. Such as Spare Parts Management Subsystem, Data Management Subsystem, Staff Management Subsystem, and so on. Besides, designed the database and interface. After that, develop the system based on all the designs above.Now, an ATM Bureau is testing run the system. After several months of use, information circulation has become much better. With the system’s supervision, management efficiency has improved evidently. |
