This paper launched the analysis and design of petition management system, based on our country existing petition situation, combined with the actual petition management of Chongren County.Firstly, this paper analyzed the present situation of domestic petition management and the trend of future development, than analyzed the major requirements of Chongren County’s Petition Management System in different views, including feasibility analysis, the main business process flow, functional requirements, as well as other non functional requirements, and gived some charts to describe. On this basis, determined the design objectives and principles of petition management system. Designed the system architecture, and determined the system realization technology structure and functional structure. In the subsequent detailed design, we designed some of the programming flow of the main function modules, and designed system data model by the logical design and the physical table design. Finally, we designed the some main function modules of the interface in briefly. The system is used to implement in B/S structure, with the.Net development platform, and database using SQL Server2005The system has the following characteristics:with B/S mode, so that all users can access the system through the browser, sharing resource, collaborative office working personnel. Can also be appropriate open portion, allowing the Internet within the specified range of protecting segment user login, remote management office. The realization of the user customized, retrieval, for the user to provide a convenient or personnel changes. Realization of remote upgrade management, convenient system maintenance and upgrades, computer aided management, improve work efficiency to promote the informatization of petition management purposes. This system with strong use value and practical significance.
