Design And Implementation Of Petition Management System For Zhuanghe

In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and computer science, informational technology management tools have increasingly become the focus of the national e-government construction. Accompanied by the development of domestic e-government network and automation, there have been a growing number of government departments to achieve office automation network. In order to enhance the efficiency of the Bureau for Letters and Calls for Zhuanghe City, to strengthen the relationship between the government and the masses, giving full play to the supervision of the petition management, how to develop a convenient and beneficial petition management system has become the inevitable requirement and has a great significance.The thesis is made from the actual situation of the Zhuanghe City on network petition, after full investigation, provides an effective solution for developing an online petition management system. Firstly, we give the needs analysis of the petition management system; a brief statement and business needs is also presented. The use-case description is used to refining each module of the system, and the description of the outline and detailed design are given. Relationship class diagram describes the relationship among the various functional class, using flowcharts to conduct a detailed analysis of the functional processes, a detailed description of the system database table design is also listed. Finally, the system was tested.The system of this thesis is accomplished based on the B/S mode architecture, using the.NET technology framework, completing two main modules which are the petition information management and system management respectively. The former mainly includes adding the petition information, deleting and modifying functions; the petition information received and transfer function; petition information query and statistical analysis, including print and export functions of the form. System management consists of the system user management, role management, petition publicity and data backup function.The deployment of the system successfully meets the needs of the Zhuanghe city, achieving the automation of the office petition, effectively improving the efficiency of the petition work. Implementation of the system also makes the channels smoother for the people to petitioning, greatly improved the satisfaction of the masses to the government’s work.
