Design And Realization Of The Panyu District Petition System Of Guangzhou City Based On B/S Architecture

Judging from the current situation petition work, the masses petition departments at all levels up to deal with the problem is a long time, an important reason is that the traditional document processing has been unable to adapt to rapid processing of large quantities of current files. Therefore, the need to use a comprehensive information system to facilitate the speed of business processes petition.This article is designed to achieve the petition management system is the use of sophisticated system service platform, using B/S model, using JSP related technologies, relying on strong support for SQL Server databases to achieve development.The main work is as follows:First, the article is designed and implemented a comprehensive complaint management system requirements analysis, system for problems that may be encountered in the implementation process were estimated. In terms of technical feasibility and economic viability, confirmed the implementation and development of this system is that it can be completed.Second, Based on the overall system design and a comprehensive plan for the deployment of columns explicitly designed related business processes, which includes letters audits and case handling as well as from management. This according to the correlation analysis, the design of this system is suitable for long-term use of the database.Third, this paper based on detailed functional good system module has been designed specifically for each module, which established a correspondence management system module, integrated query module, decision support modules for the process module and system management module of five modules. Upcoming mail management module includes letters, question classification, registration and management, and publishing in general correspondence; Integrated Query module includes forward pieces, settles parts, pieces and ineffective piece of confidential inquiries; decision support module includes statistics and analysis decision; for the process module including leaders reported directly handle, turn to do assigned etc; system management, including backup and restore user management, rights management, log management, and data. Finally, the system functional testing and performance testing, the test results are analyzed.Currently, the system has been applied in a petition department, running well.
