The Design And Implementation Of Discipline Inspection Petition Information Management System For Yunnan

In the process of the analysis of the system and implementation, we use unified modeling language (UML), and activity diagram, use-case diagram, sequence diagram and collaboration diagram to model this system. And we adopt black box testing to make functional test on the system, and ensure that the analysis of the system development and design are in accordance with the standard process of software development.The system includes registration acceptance letters events management, reporting handling management, document processing management, review management and other additional features. Complaint events registration acceptance letter management includes letter registration management, visitation registration management, construction management. Letters and processing management includes self-handling reporting events, transmit and receive letters events, letters events assignment. Document processing management mainly includes the dispatch management, receiving report management and report management functions. Review management includes review registration, review matters management, review matters clear, review state management. Other additional functions are used to help users to improve the work efficiency, including general inquiries, business reports, entrust Settings, letter visitation management.For reception department in Yunnan province, the implementation of this system met the urgent need of discipline inspection information management for government and realized the management of increasingly onerous reporting information management work, reduced the burden of the government personnel, strengthened the standardization of the letters and information management of discipline inspection. It responded the call of the party central committee, improved the image of the government, speeded up the process of handling complaint reporting work of discipline inspection and increased the satisfaction of the people.
