With the development and popularization of multimedia network technology, it is required by current situations to actively carry out integration of discipline inspection and supervision petition information resources. It is necessary to constantly integrate and expand the function of petition information management system of discipline inspection and supervision through software development, gradually construct an integrative appeal platform of mail, visit, phone call, network and text message to further promote the informationized construction of petitions of discipline inspection and supervision.Firstly, author of the paper analyzed the development context of discipline inspection and supervision petition information system and domestic development of this field; summarized the main problems of system to be solved and briefly introduced the major technologies of system.The system is designed strictly according to UML mode. Main demands of system users are represented by illustration of system operations and process diagram. System framework is represented by logic diagram and network chart of system. Static structure design of system is embodied by relation diagrams and dynamic structure design by status diagram.The finished system can not only fulfill the basic petition information management of discipline inspection and supervision, but also can perform statistics and embody information sharing and function invoking. The system saves the time, improves work efficiency, eases the pressure of resource shortage and accelerates the processing of cases, and can basically meet the practical demands of petitions of discipline inspection and supervision.
