Office Automation System For Software Engineer Training Based On SSI Framework

With all kinds of the new hi-tech come into people’s life, office automation system applications have been gradually used by offices staff. The administrative tasks have changed from the original manual operation to accomplish by computer, including daily administration, management of office resources, the process of approval of various matters and etc. the innovation have improved office efficiency and automated office processing.This program is focus on the analysis and design of the software engineer training office automation system,which used MVC design patterns and SSI framework(namely Struts、Spring and Ibatis) and illustrated the reason why used them. This thesis illustrates presentation, business and data persistence three layer’s design pattern. In page design part, this program used Ajax, dynamic HTML and JavaScript technologies to optimize the page. The design part of system strart designed the overall system and analysised the key business processes and completed the system design and coding in the end.The system consists of four subsystems, namely the association of management authority subsystem, training units’subsystem, individual terminal subsystem and software engineer holder information query subsystem. In the association management authority subsystem consists of12modules of the training project management, training units management and training courses management and etc; besides the training unit subsystem consists of10modules of the association staff management, training materials management and teacher training management; The individual terminal subsystem, including7modules which are my training,my information and my application; In the end,software engineer staff information query subsystem is to provide a public port, in order to check the level of certificate. This essay used the examples of business processes to describe the application of work flow, which included issuing the notice, training registration, training assessment, textbooks order management and etc. All these workflows are to be automated by computer and completed all modules of the four subsystems function.
