Under the new situation of information technology,government departments should use computer information technology to improve government performance and office automation is necessary for modern management and operation coordination.Office automation to our country's economic development,improve the management and decision-making level,promote social progress and "Five" integrated construction will play an important role.Office automation system is an indispensable tool for administrative organs.In the information age,the office automation system has replaced the industrial society of ink and paper,effectively reducing the cost of administrative work,the most important is to achieve the human resources saving.So the use of information technology to improve government performance is an urgent need.Therefore,the research based on the Qinhuangdao municipal government office automation system construction technology,has the important practical significance.We design and implement an office automation management system of Qinhuangdao municipal government.The project is based on the Qinhuangdao municipal government office business.In the full feasibility study and demand analysis,using B/S architecture model and based on the J2EE platform Web development technology,design and implement the Qinhuangdao municipal government office automation system.The main functional modules of the system include daily management,announcement management,attendance management,employee information management,personal information office management,communication management.This paper mainly uses the html+css+js technology to realize the interaction between the user and the system.Using the Struts framework and the Hibernate object relational mapping framework to improve the development efficiency of MVC project,which can improve the development efficiency of Web project.The system is developed by using middleware technology,the development cycle is shortened,and the maintenance,operation and management of the system is reduced.Through the Qinhuangdao municipal government office automation system,staff only need to use the browser login system and achieve the management of the daily work of the Qinhuangdao municipal government,and timely understanding of the current working state,following the work dynamics,solve the problem,and effectively promote the Qinhuangdao municipal government departments within a variety of information resources sharing and exchange and strengthen the coordination among departments and government staff,improve the overall work efficiency.
