The favorable policy is presented to make people live better by by houses with low rent recently. It is easy to apply for live in houses at a low price, but the works for the local house management bureaus increase a lot everyday. Various low-cost housing rent management systems are developed to store, query and classify information as per the actual situations.Upon the requests from the local bureaus, as per the actual operation of such local affordable houses, a rent system is designed with reference to others. With the software engineering thoughts, it is selected to use B/S to achieve the following items: such as the input of guest’s and fellow’s data, the application for matters and rent allowances, the query of information and export of statistics, the data alternation, and the submit/ download of documents and other functions.This thesis includes:(1) For developing the rent management system of low-rent houses, comparison and selection of design mode, description of JAVA platform, comparison between APS and other learnings of SQL Server, etc.(2) The system’s demands are analyzed based on UML software engineering. The workflow and function modules are used to analyze the functions with examples.(3) The design is based on UML to draw E-R figures and related tables of system and perfect it according to the demnads of low-rent management system.(4) Functional modules, information entry, statistical queries, reports, export,attachment upload and download of low-rent management system, focusing on design of logic interface of some logic functional modules to demonstrate the actual system implementation and generate screenshots.(5) The test indicates that if the system can satisfy the demands, it is able for local bureaus to control the low rent houses to distribute well and meet the requirements for putting into operation. |
