The Office Automation System plays a very important role in constructing thecustoms’ E-government system. It is very important to strengthen the supervision ofcustoms, highlight the corporation among different departments and improve theefficiency of the team-work with the help of IT, workflow engine and databasetechnology, to construct the Customs Office Automation System, in order toaccomplish the informatization of the customs. This paper is a conclusion of the waysof managing, designing and encoding during constructing the Customs OfficeAutomation System. The following will be the main content.I Content of Constructing the SystemThe Customs Office Automation System is promoted through the measure of iteration. It willaccelerate the paid and delivered product to the line as soon as possible after finishing eachperiodical task, and then optimizes the system by means of reconstruction after getting thefeedbacks from the users. The tasks needed to be done during the first stage of constructing thesystem will mainly includeestablishing the basic platform for the system, including portal, SSOand rights management and so and so forth;building the subsystem for documentsmanagement, including the management in launching, receiving the documents andregistration;building the subsystem for suppressing smuggling management, includingcase link management, e-documents producing, case files referring and case filing andso on。building the subsystem for the interior working, including claiming paymentmanagement, personal work management, emails and financial affairs managementand so on。Design Thought of Constructing the Systemcontrol the process of software developing bymanaging the using of Agile Software;analyze and obtain the needs from the system by the help ofUse-case Driven, UI Prototype, sketch maps and charts and all;design the program through theobject-oriented technology and design mode technology;design the database for the Customs Office Automation System by the theory of database normalization andde-normalization;adopt and use the B/S construction;III Relevant Technologies Used in the Process of Constructing the Customs OfficeAutomation SystemUsing Power Design and UML as the tool and language to build the model forthe system;Using Weblogic9i as the server for the application program;UsingOracle11G as the database for the system;Using JAVA as the special language todevelop the logical service layer;Using FLES and Action Script as the tool andlanguage to develop the presentation layer interface;Using Spring and Hibernate asthe developing construction of logic layer and Hibernate of the service;Using XFireand open source framework to develop Web service and making the connectoravailable or realizing the seamless integration with other systems;Using JBPM as theworkflow engine to custom-make and manage the system flow;Main Content of This PaperConcluding the process management of the Customs OfficeAutomation Management System and the ways of obtaining and analyzing theneeds;Concluding the significance, steps and means of designing the area driven andaccounting the Portal, SSO, Access Rights visiting and the thought of designing theconceptual model with the basic platform;Concluding the thought and measures usedin designing the design mode, workflow and database design in the phase ofdesigning;Explaining how the relevant technologies, including object-orientedtechnology, Spring technology, AOP, Flex client technology, JBPM, and XFire, areused in the detailed encoding phase of constructing the Customs Office AutomationSystem.
