Temperature is a very important parameter of the industries. High temperature may lead to the priceless device faulting, key parts may breaking, and the serious accident and disaster. High temperature of electric power system will disturb our live and work, and menace the safety of people. Therefore it is very important and helpful that we can detect, find and deal with the potential accident of the system. At preseent, the sampling data from the temperature detecting systen transfers usually by wired way, which may limited by the landform and space and can’t be set flexibly. And the cost of the wired data transfers way need to consider. To solve the problem, the low energy consumption and anti-jamming MCU of PIC, low voltage wireless unit RF24L01, DS18B20temperature sensor unit are used in the system design. The data transmit by RS-485. Upper monitor will receive the data by the program that programmed by VB. The frequency of the MCU PIC16F877is reduced to1MHz and the interior oscillation and low voltage supply are used that can reduce the power consumption. Panel point can transfers the data of temperature to receiving end and the PC will deal with the data and display the data when panel point get the data of the temperature. The wireless system can get the temperature data, give an alarm to worker. The advantage of wireless is low power consumption and auto alarm. The main constructure of the system with3levels communication is designed firstly. Then the thesis also design the hardware include power circuit, wireless circuit, time module circuit, RS-485circuit, temperature detection circui, and the softwares include the low point level, middle panel level and the high leval are developed. At last the problem of the energy conservation is discussed.
