Therefore, this article attempts to study the Oven temperature wireless data transmission detection system. The oven temperature acquisition system described in this article can fulfill the multi-point and real-time requests and can also supply reliable data for research of temperature distribution in oven and temperature sensitive process of components.The system will be wireless transceiver module combined with the microcontroller system. The hardware design of this measure system concentrates on AT89C51 microcontroller to test the surface of work piece in the oven and used the K-type thermocouple on the oven temperature and the surface temperature test, the K-type thermocouple converter MAX6675 to be used as the simulation of the acquisition of compensation and the A/D converter, and the results sent to MCU. Using ability of anti-RF transmitter and receiver modules nRF905 to realize remote wireless communications, data sent by the transmitter, receiver after receiver serial communications transmitted to the PC, the data transmission and control, improve the reliability of the system. When working, we put the temperature measure instrument into heat insulation device, and the sensor exposed to external contact with the work piece, making the instrument move on product line with the work piece. The host computer makes use of the particular software developed in this text to accept with the deal with the data acquiring by the oven temperature acquisition system. To deal includes drawing 4 time-temperature cures, displaying all the temperature data, printing data and storing all the data and curves of varying temperature.The wireless monitoring systems is simple structure, easy to use, low cost, stable and reliable work, and has a strong expansion.
