Temperature is an important parameter of power system .Most faults of the power system can cause the unusual rising of temperature at some key positions .On the other hand, high temperature can cause the drop of performance of system components, and even the damage of equipment of electric power system. These can seriously affect the normal work of the power system. It is very important to accurately measure the temperature of key positions inside power system in time .By this way, we can find and get rid of the potential faults of system in time.In the high-voltage electric power system, the difficulty of the temperature online monitoring lies in temperature data transmission and the power of the temperature measurement device access. Temperature online monitoring in the existing power system is mainly used data transmission cable, generally used optical fiber or cable, this cable not only has complex structure, but also the transmission distance will not be restricted too far because of the physical condition. The power of temperature measurement devices is equally crucial, it is necessary to have not only stable but also long enough life. In the existing system, the power is current sensor or battery mostly , but the former is impacted by the current dramatically, as users change power consumption of energy also have changed dramatically, although battery-powered is not influenced by high-voltage equipment, but the battery is influenced by the limitations of battery life. So it is impossible to blackout for the regular replacement of battery power, so the battery-powered is also not the best choice.In view of the above problems, at first this paper proposes to use the wireless data transmission technology in the temperature monitoring equipment of electric power system, designs the overall structure of the temperature measurement system. This system uses ultra-low-power MSP430 MCU as the core, with the wireless transceiver chip CC1000. The temperature data will transmission to the receiver SCM by wireless way, when receiver SCM receive the temperature data, will transmission it to the control computer for further processing through 485. The system adopts the technique of repetition code, so that it can solve the two problems perfectly :One is the correspondence conflict by many machines working, the other is the failure of wireless correspondence caused by bad working environment. The second part of this paper is proposes a field- induction method to access power and demonstrates the feasibility of this method. The basic principle is to obtain energy by sensing high-voltage electric field from the high-voltage lines, as high pressure line voltage is constant. It's a power with the advantages of Stability, reliability, durability.The success designate of the temperature measurement system not only improves temperature measurement technology in electric system in our country, but also achieves the requirement of "non-contact monitoring" proposed by the ministry. It turned out by trial and error that the temperature detection can guarantee the reliable correspondence of many machines under the bad environment. It has many characteristics: low cost, small volume, light weight, little consumption, reliability and durability, etc.
