Moisture Detection Technology is a multidisciplinary and comprehensive technology. For decades, through the unremitting efforts of scientists has made gratifying achievements. However, many factors affect the water ratio, the measurement accuracy and repeatability has been unable to obtain satisfactory results.The subject of the first study of the detection method of wood moisture content, moisture content rate increased from 30% to 0%, the resistance increased by about 100 times. Wood moisture content is low, low conductivity, can be equivalent to high-value resistor, so use of advanced high value resistance measurement method:multi-range resistance measurement. First, determine the scope of resistance, the amplifier switches to the appropriate range amplified voltage signal by the A/D converter MCU given resistance value calculated.Analysis of two temperature compensation algorithm, namely, two-dimensional regression analysis, cubic spline interpolation method. Cubic spline interpolation method has high precision, speed and storage space required for small, low cost, it has taken this approach.Wireless transmission technology for simple to use, inexpensive, the advantages of high speed communications, RF communications, access to a wide range of applications. Therefore, this system can replace the cable data transfer, to complete the drying parameters in transmission. System parameters can be achieved drying the collection, processing and distribution, to solve complex problems on-site connections, and low cost, reliability, practicality and so on.
