Temperature, one of the basic parameters in industry and agricultural production, isrequired to be detected in the production process frequently, adopting microcomputer toconduct temperature measurement, digital display, information storage and real-time controlplays a significant role in improving production efficiency, product quality and energy saving.It is required to have full knowledge of growth condition and activity routines in fineapiculture. As a key factor affecting the activity of bee, temperature is required to be recordedfirstly.First, from the development of sensor, the design has analyzed the development status oftemperature detecting system in the domestic and abroad, an appropriate temperature sensor isselected in combination with the special environment of beehive. Small size temperaturesensor is preferred owing to the narrow space inside the beehive, which will minimize theinfluence on normal activity of bee. Finally, the PN junction temperature sensor, of goodlinear, small size and high sensitivity, is selected after plenty of investigation. The temperaturemeasurement can be widely applied in all fields of industry and agricultural production.Second, design appropriate measurement circuit, PN junction temperature sensor must beapplied with corresponding operational amplifier circuit. The weak voltage change of PNjunction temperature sensor as the variation of temperature is magnified by operationalamplifier circuit, which can be transformed into voltage signal that can be recognized by ADconverter. After going through AD transformation, establish the corresponding relationshipbetween temperature and voltage values of operational amplifier circuit.Finally, set up temperature measurement circuit, AD switching circuit, clock circuit, datastorage circuit, radio frequency communication circuit, SCM control circuit and USBcommunication port. Temperature measurement circuit adopts8-route mode, the temperatureof multipoint inside the beehive can be conducted at the same time, so as to improve the measurement efficiency. Voltage signal being sent by temperature sensor is transferred toSCM system through amplifying circuit and AD switching circuit, the digital signals aretransformed into temperature value through a certain mathematical model. When the timer isgenerating interrupt signal, SCM interrupt response will store the temperature value in ROM.Radio frequency communication circuit realizes the long-distance transmission of data.
