Research On Virtual Enterprise Partner Selection And Management

The double drives of network technology and market demand result in the generateon and continuous development of networked manufacturing to an advanced manufacturing mode. It is facing the dynamic and changing fast customer-driven markets circumstance and supported by information technology and network resources through the foundation of virtual enterprises to react to the market opportunities that fleet fast.Virtual enterprises are alliances between actual enterprises supported by information networks, i.e. there is an initiate enterprise who wants to grasp some opportunities but can not finish it by itself so invites others to join into the alliance therefore we call them partners. By sharing resources through networks, virtual enterprises complete the design, machining and assembling also sell and so on under cooperation. In the process of the formation of virtual enterprise, the right partners are selected, and the partners are required to cooperate in the process of running, which are the key of virtual enterprise to response the market opportunity rapidly. Due to the complexity of the virtual enterprise itself, this issue has been a hot and difficult problem.In this thesis, the general situation of the domestic and abroad developments in the field of networked manufacturing and virtual enterprises are reviewed completely. Afterwards, a series of study on selection partners in the formation process and management partners in the running are researched. The main research works in this paper as follows:(1) Analyzed the merit and demerit of existing virtual enterprise evaluation index system and the particularity of selection partners in the networked manufacturing environment. Established the virtual enterprise formation process model, constructed three stages evaluation index system of virtual enterprise partners selection to reflect the characteristics of networked manufacturing, and explained the evaluation index system.(2) Summarized the characteristics of popular evaluation methods, introduced the primary method of virtual enterprise partners selection based on the Polychromatic Set Theory and verified the applicability of this method. Proposed the comprehensive evaluation method under the combination F-AHP based on the triangular numbers and two-class fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and then proved the superiority of this method. Finally optimized the sorted partners by the ant colony algorithm to form the best combination of virtual enterprise, and discussed the scientific of the method.(3) Researched the virtual enterprise management method and strategy, described the operation characteristics and the organizational elements of virtual enterprise, established a set of corresponding operating mechanisms to reduce risk and improve the effectiveness. Analyzed how to avoid conflict and reduce risk among partners, intended to ensure virtual enterprise smooth running, according to the networked characteristics of virtual enterprise to explain the knowledge management based on Web, to improve efficiency of partners finished task through information techmology.(4) Utilized the techniques of JSP, Tomcat, Java Bean and SQL server to exploit virtual enterprise partner selection decision support system based on SOA under the networked manufacturing. The result validated theory the correctness and technique feasibility of the theory are validated by the running result.
