Heating problems related to basic living of our population, to achieve our long-term residents of the northern cold zone heating has been a very difficult problem. In southern China after heavy snow in the south, part of the winter cold and wet areas, for there are also very high winter heating requirements. With the continuous development of heating technology, performance requirements for heating are increasingly high. Provide high reliability and versatile heating system has a very important practical significance and application value. Increasingly scarce in the international energy situation, the study of heating system control environment that meets people’s comfort requirements while maintaining the energy savings.Papers in the detailed study of the heating system based on the design of the room heating system independent of the overall structure, including the host controller, wireless temperature measurement node and network cards. PIC16F877A microcontroller used in the design as the core of the host control system, the water temperature signal and the signal is collected at room temperature, by controlling the opening and closing the relay switch control of the heating rods; node using PIC16F688microcontroller as the core temperature measurement system, the temperature of the node collected by ZigBee wireless module temperature signals to the host; using C8051F020as the core of the network card, connected through the Internet and the remote computer, remote monitoring capabilities. Paper concluded with heating system modeling and control studies, the establishment of a mathematical model of heating system, and the use of PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm for the heating system simulation. Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control has better results.Heating system by running the test, select the heat antifreeze, auto, manual, are stable, energy-saving effect is remarkable. Junction temperature and reliable delivery, the penetration effect is obvious. Card data transmitted to the remote computer quickly, reliable and real-time data. Liquid cooling superconducting terminal heating, high heat value, heating rapidly.
