With human's recognition of the energy crisis, environmental degradation, sustainable development and energy structure change make people realize the significance of heating energy-saving. Using renewable clean energy heating is the trend, however, the energy-saving reform of existing coal-fired heating boiler is imperative.Based on the control theory and basic requirements of the boiler system, and combined with advantages of Fuzzy self-tuning PID control applied to deal with the system which is nonlinear, multivariable, large delay, strong coupling and difficult to establish accurate mathematical model. This paper simulates boiler system with Matlab software. The results show the advanced control algorithm can not only improve the dynamic and static performance of the system but also enhance strong robustness and stronger anti-interference ability of the system and the system is of certain reference value.Finally, the paper uses advanced PC technology, PLC automation configuration software technology to realize intelligent control of heating boilers in Lanzhou Military Region Air Force station. Combining with characteristic of plumbing boiler systems in China and reflecting complied energy saving, high efficiency and low pollution principle in boiler control design, the paper researches and designs a kind of reliable automatically monitoring control heating system which can automatically monitor and control the running state and parameters. The system is of the capacity of automatically handling failure and emergency. Research as follows:In dealing with large time delay problem of heating system, the simple moving average method in extended forecast method is used to predict input value given by the system in advance and reach the synchronization of heating and heating load.Use fuzzy self-tuning PID control method to control boiler combustion. During the boiler combustion, the basic task of the automatically control is to make the heat provided by burning fuels adapt to the need of load and ensure the safe and economic operation of the boiler.Aiming to the quality adjustment of boiler heating system existing larger power consumption in the station, the circulatory system in the boiler system uses the fuzzy self-tuning PID control method to make the overall circulation system achieve the heating regulation which combined quality regulation with volume regulation ,decrease power consumption of the heating system and improve heating quality.
