Research On Real-time IC Billing System Of Centralized Heating

As fast developing of the national economy and great improving of ordinary living condition, centralized heating indursty is booming. The residential heating method in China underwent various phases of development to reach the current system. Traditional central heating systems is the major mode now, and the evolution in design and restructuring of heat metering and toll systems is leading to the complete elimination and substitution of the old, energy wasting central heating.This tendency, encouraged by the China law, has the favorable effect to install new, well-operating heat metering and toll devices including heat measure and allocating meters.Basing on the customer point, we aim to build a new system designed to operate on new residential buildings and restructured construction in China.The thesis analyses the construct of the controlling and toll system of centralized heating, mainly relying on experiments, computer analysis, and spot measure. We have built up a system made up of three main levels control and toll stations, which are centeral station, the middle level station and the private station. At last, we aim to search a conclusion of better control and toll models in the residential heating system.As the developing of the heating metering and charging system, a new problem of control mode is facing to most engineers. The old heating system should be alternated to single family implement metering and control in independence circuits. So we have done some trial work in private heating cost allocation.
