The technology of microwave heating is rising application of microwave, That’s because microwave has special domino effect of heating inner of physical, who produce effective directly with inner molecule and conquer the trouble of heating of the physical, thus, it come true that equably and quickly heat physical without polluting and auto controlling easily, so the technology of microwave has widely applied in the field of industry、agriculture and medicine and so on.With the development of the technology of microwave heating, the metical precision and control intelligently of microwave exporting power turn into the key port of expanding application, at present the most popular and credible method of microwave heating controlling is recur to core processor, the sensor measured the temperature of the heated physical and transport to core processor, the processor combine with the arithmetic of FUZZY-PID to calculate output voltage value to control the microwave output power. So the effort of temperature sensor will affect the precision of the whole control system, the paper aim at the special of microwave heating and the trait of temperature scale who has non-liner, non-stability and lag characteristic, it’s hard to attain the precise math model, so we can measure the temperature of physical as controlled object and adopt the arithmetic of FUZZY-PID to design intelligence controlled system with microwave frequency at2450MHZ.The paper’s important task is to design industrial microwave heating machine with intelligence control system, The system adopt core processor combine with FUZZY-PID algorithmic to design the controlled system with the capability to infer temperature and control microwave power output intelligently, The main principle is to complete FUZZY—PID in series with single chip so as to structure the core part of intelligence control, It has capability to inspect temperature real-time in order to control the power of microwave heating to change temperature with the help of circuit peripheral equipment such as the produce circuit of microwave, It’s good for resolving non-liner problem of microwave heating has no math model with stronger stability and higher precision, smaller rebound and adjust parameter easier than PID, Not only conquer the non-linear problem in the system with no Precise model, But also take use of the arithmetic of PID conquer the problem of concussion and unfaltering error with the method of FUZZY only when the warp incline to Zero. Combining the two methods better is good for accomplishing intelligence control of industrial device of microwave heating who have the complicated connection between the Temperature of the heated substance and the eradiate power of microwave. The facility have been used in the field of industry manufacture.
