Design And Implementation Of Community-based Criminal Correction System Based On GpsOne

Community-Based Correction operated by the Chinese judicial departments aimsto correct the mental and behavioral activities of non-custodial punishment within thecommunity. As the rapid development of mobile terminals capability and positioningtechnologies in recent years, some new information management tools appear, whichuses electronic records to execute and monitor the whole process of Community-BasedCorrections activity.This paper is based on the project of the "Community-Based CorrectionManagement Platform of Shaanxi Province". The author discusses the business process,user requirements and design and implementation of the system. The team uses JavaEEdevelopment platform and the combination of Struts/Spring/Hibernate frameworks toconstruct the system based on the MVC design pattern, and uses AJAX and jQuerytechnology to complete the presentation layer which is compatible with both PC andsmart terminal access, to achieve electronic records management, personnel locationmanagement and monitoring, activity notification and feedback reports by SMS andMMS service, performance evaluation management, and reports sheet. And furtherexplanation is given in this paper to describe the design and implementation of thepositioning and regional alarming management subsystem based on CDMA cellnetwork and gpsOne technology. The combination of front-end positioning andback-end positioning achieves better effect and the use of Web Service API andSMS-based instructions implements personnel positioning feature. Finally, the authordiscusses the systematic testing process of the system.The research results also apply to other LBS (Location-Based Services)applications and platforms.
