Research And Implementation Of Taxation Declaration And Levy Subsystem In CTAIS

As the continuous deepening of reform and opening of China and the rapid development of economic,the position of taxation is becoming more and more important.The work of taxation levy and administration is becoming ever more heavy and complex.It is necessary to develop the information construction of taxation levy and administration and to improve the efficiency of that.China Taxation Administration Information System is an application system, facing to all the Revenue Service in our country.It follows the general demand of the taxation levy and administration for the State Administration of Taxation,and developed by Digital China Limitied Company.Based on the author's project experience of taxation declaration and levy subsystem in CTAIS,the thesis,first,deeply analyzed the function requirement,data(?) requirement of the subsystem and its relation to other subsystems and peripheral systems;then built a system function model,accurately described the function requirement and represented system function model by UML through use case model and activity diagram;the paper also established the database conceptual model and logical model,and improved the performance of database by some optimization strategies,such as separating inquiry database and business database.Considering the complexity and similarity of taxation business,the thesis used multilayer architecture,which separated the Public Component layer and Common Business Logic layer;it simplified the problem-handing in Business Logic layer, made the realization of every specific business independent relatively and greatly improved the multiplexing and expandability of the subsystem.In addition,the thesis fulfilled the system interface design by using the Html Taglib Components technology,which made the interface style unanimous and simplified the development and maintainability of the interface.The research of the thesis expands the applications of J2EE in the field of taxation.It enormously promotes the reform and information construction of taxation levy and administration.It lies a solid foundation for the popularization and implementation of CTAIS in the nationwide.
