| In recently years, with the rapid development of economic globalization and domestic economy, the business of taxation is changing constantly. In local taxation bureau of Anhui Province, one tax manager manages hundreds of tax payers on average, the foundation work is heavy and inefficiency. There also remain some problems like data collection channel is sim-plex, tax law enforcement is nonstandard, the ways of tax service is backward, the level of data quality management and tax assessment are not high. To resolve these problems, Local taxation bureau of Anhui Province has developed taxation management platform and used it in practice.The main work and contributions of this thesis are:Firstly, we analyzed the construction background and the business requirements of the platform of taxation management of Anhui local taxation bureau, especially, the requirements of reminder service and workflow management module, provided the performance and safety requirements of this system, analyzed the system structure and network structure of taxation management platform and other application systems in detail, provided the total architecture design scheme of taxation management platform and determined to develop this platform by using SSH technical framework and three layers architecture which are data layer, application layer and presentation layer.Secondly, based on the requirement analysis of reminder service module, we designed and accomplished the system function of reminder service module like view, setup and query, completed the function flow design and interface design, provided the code example of main functions and design scheme of database.Thirdly, based on the requirement analysis of workflow management module, we refined module functions and accomplished the flow analysis, class design and interaction process analysis of workflow management module, provided the code example and data module of main functions.Results shows that there are more superiority in many aspects using the platform of taxation management of Anhui local taxation bureau like improving working efficiency, tax analysis, regulating tax law enforcement, optimizing tax service.Now, this system has already applied in local taxation bureau of Anhui Province and obtained a good effect. It can reduce the burden of tax manager; improve the work efficiency; promote the level of tax service; and provide a technical platform to enhance the management of tax source. The platform of taxation management of Anhui local taxation bureau as a subsystem of Anhui local taxation administration and service integrated system. |
