The Design And Implementation Of CTAIS Data Management Platform In Hunan State Administration Of Taxation Based On J2EE

J2EE provides platform of enterprise applications and now is a leading solution in market. Currently, Struts is a very popular web application framework based on Model-View-Controller (MVC) mode, according to J2EE criterion. In this paper, we design and implement a data management platform of Struts based on MVC, under background of magnitude and centralization of data in the present state administration of taxation, combined with real applications requirements of data management in China Taxation Administration Information System of Hunan province.As a data management system based on web, which abandon the traditional C/S pattern, adopt B/S/S three layer pattern. In this pattern, the user access the server in dynamic communication or mutual cooperation method, while it can also span various platform. So it is more advanced than C/S pattern not only in management and maintaining but also in cost spending.The application is abstracted three different functional parts by MVC design pattern, which are Model, View and Controller. Each mission can be accomplished by three parts not only separated but also cooperated. Struts frame not only extends every characteristic of MVC, but also according to characteristic of J2EE to make corresponding change and extension. In this paper, J2EE platform and MVC design pattern is described in detail and Struts frame is researched in-depth.The system is been model by UML tools in preceding design. Web design pattern of Struts framework which based on MVC model is adopted to design the whole system, taking system parameters maintenance sub-module in data management platform for example, this can divide the application into business module, application controlling module and data displaying module in effect without worrying about coupling problems, improve flexility of the application, develop the system in an orderly way, convenient for integration, maintenance and upgrade. Finally, we conclude with a summary of our work and give a prospect of future work.
